Hydronic Floor Heating
Hydronic floor heating systems are the most popular and effective type of underfloor heating. Special non-diffusion water tubes are evenly distributed over a floor on top of an insulation layer in different zones. The tubes are covered with a conductive screed layer and warm water is pumped through the floor tubing. The screed layer is a good conductor of heat and it warms the entire floor surface creating an even and consistent heat that is comfortable. Maintaining the the heat in the floor is also efficient because the screed layer dissipates the heat slowly.
